Bounced contacts
The OMS platform uses smart technology to fetch bounced or invalid email address contacts from your businesses email server daily.
If the bounced (Invalid) email contact is listed as the “Job Contact” in the OMS platform, the platform will automatically deactivate the job contact in the client digital file.
If the bounced (Invalid) email contact is listed as the “Account Contact” in the OMS platform, the platform will automatically deactivate the account contact in the client digital file. The OMS platform will then look for the most recent job contact and email them requesting updated information. Without an account contact, the OMS platform will not permit a user to create a Job.
