1. General Information

This website is published and maintained by OMS Software Pty Ltd ("OMS Software", "we", "us", "our"). We endeavour to keep all content accurate, current, and relevant. However, information may change over time and we recommend confirming specific product details, pricing, and availability directly with our team before making any decision.

Content on this website — including product descriptions, feature overviews, blog articles, industry guides, and case studies — is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a formal offer, proposal, or contractual commitment.

2. Product Features and Services

Feature and module descriptions on this website reflect the general capabilities of the OMS platform. The specific features, modules, integrations, and service levels made available to any customer are defined by the terms of that customer's signed Subscription Agreement with OMS Software Pty Ltd.

In the event of any inconsistency between content on this website and the terms of a signed Subscription Agreement or other written contract, the terms of the written agreement prevail. We encourage prospective customers to request a demonstration and confirm requirements with our team before signing.

3. No Compliance or Accreditation Guarantee

OMS Software is designed to assist organisations in managing the records, documents, workflows, and processes associated with quality management and accreditation compliance — including requirements under ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 9001, and the requirements of various national accreditation bodies.

Use of OMS Software supports the operational readiness required for accreditation but does not guarantee a successful accreditation, re-accreditation, or positive assessment outcome. Accreditation decisions are made solely by the relevant accreditation body based on their own requirements, processes, and assessor judgement.

References to compliance with specific standards or accreditation frameworks on this website describe software functionality designed to assist with those requirements — not a warranty of regulatory outcomes.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, technical, or compliance advice. Blog articles, guides, and resources are published for general educational and informational purposes only. OMS Software accepts no responsibility for decisions made in reliance on content published on this website.

We recommend seeking independent professional advice from qualified practitioners for your specific circumstances before acting on any information found on this website.

5. Usage Statistics and Customer Figures

Figures relating to the number of users, engineers, organisations, or countries using OMS Software reflect our most recently verified data at the time of publication and are updated periodically. These figures are provided to give prospective customers a general sense of the platform's adoption and do not constitute a guarantee of equivalent outcomes, growth, or performance for any individual customer.

6. Third-Party References and Trademarks

This website may reference industry standards, accreditation frameworks, regulatory bodies, and professional associations for informational and contextual purposes. Such references do not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or approval from any third-party organisation unless explicitly confirmed in a current, signed partnership or recognition agreement.

All third-party names, logos, standards designations, and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. OMS Software makes no claim to ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website — including text, graphics, product descriptions, blog articles, guides, and software interface images — is owned by or licensed to OMS Software Pty Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Non-commercial sharing of blog articles and guides with clear attribution to OMS Software is welcome. Content may not be reproduced for commercial purposes, rebranded, or distributed without attribution without prior written permission from OMS Software.
