The OMS WPS Registry provides a fully searchable, version-controlled repository of all Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Qualification Test Records (WQR/WQTR) — all linked and cross-referenced.
Each WPS is linked to its supporting PQR, and each welder's qualification record references the WPS and position/process/material combinations they are qualified for. Job records reference the applicable WPS, creating a direct traceability chain from weld map to procedure.
Qualification expiry is tracked automatically for both procedures and welders, with alerts issued before expiry. Re-qualification requirements based on work continuity are also tracked per applicable standard.
