The OMS Emergency Contacts module replaces external spreadsheets and printed contact sheets with a structured, searchable directory maintained directly within the platform — accessible to the right people at the right time, from any device.

Each contact record stores the role, service provider agency, contact person (drawn from active system users), branch phone, official mobile, personal mobile, speed dial extension, and emergency instructions. When a contact person is selected from the active user list, their details auto-populate — and the system flags a validation error in edit mode if that user later becomes inactive or suspended, preventing stale records.

All contacts are branch-associated, globally searchable across role, agency, and address, and managed through a structured listing page with status controls and export. Click-to-call on all phone fields, emergency instructions displayed in a pop-up dialog, document attachments, and an emergency video URL field ensure that every detail needed during a critical situation is immediately at hand.
