Job Scheduling & Calendar

The OMS Job Scheduling & Calendar module provides a fully integrated scheduling environment — schedule data entered during job creation automatically populates the Personnel Schedule Calendar, giving supervisors and managers a live visual overview of all assigned jobs by date, branch, department, and personnel.

When creating a job, users define the start date, end date, allocated daily hours, and assigned technician. Multiple schedule rows allow a single job to span several days or be assigned to multiple personnel simultaneously — eliminating the need for external spreadsheets or calendar applications.

The calendar supports Day, Week, Month, and Next 7 Days views with filters for branch, department, user status, and job-specific data. A 'My Calendar' view lets individual technicians see only their own scheduled jobs. Every schedule change is recorded in the job audit trail for full traceability.
