The OMS Assets module maintains a complete register of all test instruments, reference standards, and plant equipment — with calibration due-dates, service history, and full NABL/NATA traceability chains recorded against each item.

Automated alerts notify responsible personnel when calibration is due, overdue, or when an instrument has been flagged out-of-tolerance. Equipment status is reflected in real-time across job records — preventing use of unqualified instruments on active jobs.

Each asset record stores the full calibration chain including certificate numbers, reference standard details, and uncertainty budgets where applicable. Depreciation tracking and preventive maintenance schedules are also supported.
