Each asset linked to its owner — name, address, contact person — and site location with GPS coordinates. Search and import from existing records to avoid duplicate data entry.
Registration Lifecycle Management
Application date, registration date, and renewal date tracked per asset. Automated alerts before renewal deadlines prevent registration lapses. Supporting documents attached to each registration record.
Inspection Due Date Alerts
Internal and external inspection due dates tracked per asset. Configurable alerts at 30, 14, and 7 days before due — sent automatically, without anyone having to check a spreadsheet.
Structured Inspection Records
Inspection records linked directly to each asset — inspection date, type, report number, document upload, and next due dates captured in a consistent, auditable format.
QR-Verified Inspection Certificates
Inspection certificates issued with embedded QR codes. Asset owners scan to verify authenticity and access the inspection record instantly — no paper, no phone calls.
Multi-field Search & Import
Search across your asset register by OMS ID, owner asset number, registration number, manufacturer serial number, client name, or site location. Import existing asset data to avoid re-entering records.
Calibration, Test & Work Records
Auxiliary records — hydrostatic tests, NDT tests, pressure tests, and maintenance work — linked to each asset with document numbers, dates, and next due dates.
